The nourishing energy of your own home sanctuary is the ideal place to learn and practice meditation. I offer private individual or group meditations for those seeking a more intimate meditative experience. Private meditation sessions range from an hour to a whole day depending on your intentions and experience level. I teach Mindfulness Meditation, Compassion Meditation (for heart opening) and tantric meditations of LifeForce Yoga. I’ve also created meditations for Releasing Fear, Cultivating Joy, Shedding Stress and Igniting Your Inner Light to name a few.
