In our stressed-out, technology obsessed world, where we need to power off in order to actually tap in, I’m hearing the request for guidance. It seems that our society is experiencing what Time Magazine has called “The Mindful Revolution,” a quest to find peace within ourselves and a purpose outside ourselves. So, yes, as a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist, I’ll be writing about how to cultivate your own meditation practice and the transformative benefits of yoga…But, the undercurrent beneath this blog is unearthing the power to create the life YOU want.
