Through guided meditations, restorative yoga, and healing experiential exercises, you’ll journey back home to the light of your existence. Each retreat is held at Serenbe, a New Urban village outside of Atlanta. You’ll enjoy an organic farm-to-table lunch, snacks, and beverages as you immerse yourself in its natural beauty.
Stillness + Silence
10am - 2pm
Stillness and Silence is a day at Lena's Sangha House at Serenbe to learn and practice dropping in deeper to stillness and silence. Using meditation, mindfulness, and nature we will explore how to use the wise teachers of stillness and silence to guide us back home to our deepest, innate love, light and wisdom.
Lunch catered by Blue Eyed Daisy.
Cushions, yoga mats, oils, snacks, coffee and tea also provided.
