Laura is a certified Atlanta-area yoga teacher, mindfulness-therapist-in-training, and spiritual social media consultant. She’s a devoted yogi studying with Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati, and believes in honoring the wisdom of the ancient yogis through our modern modes of connection. She’s inspired to be a part of creating a conscious community in Atlanta and beyond.
Sara Reheis resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Sara is a Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200Hr) with a Bachelors in Psychology. Throughout her teenage years she began to cultivate her connection and strengthening her intuitive gifts. While studying at GSU she began incorporating her hobby for the mystic arts and understanding of psychology with love of yoga in order to strive for creating a greater sense of mindfulness, expanding consciousness, and awareness within herself in order to share this with others in aim to assist the growth of the collective wellness.

Christine has a background in Urban Design and Community Development from Georgia State University and a previous career in Art Consulting with an Atlanta fine art consulting company, Soho Myriad. She is a E-RYT 200 Kripalu Yoga Instructor and has been working in wellness, yoga, and philanthropy for 7+ years. In 2018 she founded a branding and design company, Hopzcotch House in 2018 with her business partner and sister. Their company works specifically with ethical businesses and organizations that provide sustainable positive social and/or environmental impact. Christine specializes in art direction, visual storytelling, and guiding people to dig deep into the root and heart of what they want to create in the world.
