Join Lena Franklin, mindfulness-based psychotherapist and international spiritual teacher and Christine Provine, Japanese tea ceremonialist and yoga teacher for a day of sacred silence through meditation. During this daylong silent retreat you'll learn the art of Vipassana ("Insight") meditation to expand self-awareness of the mind, body and soul. Through the light of mindful awareness, you'll begin to excavate the true nature of your existence ~ how your thoughts have truly created much of your perceived reality. Lena will skillfully teach you this ancient Buddhist practice to train the mind and awaken the soul to your true Buddha nature of peace within. 

Christine will take you through the art of Japanese Tea Ceremony, a transformative experience of form, harmony and essence. It is Sacred practice that has been cultivated since the 12th Century and invites those in ceremony to become one with the rhythm and beauty of nature. This art form is a meditation practiced with gentle intentional movement, sense perception, and deep awareness.

Retreating from the frenetic pace of modern life, this immersion experience will unveil how one embraces mindfulness as a path to liberation from suffering. Come, journey inward and learn the Dharmic Path alongside other conscious beings on April 27th!
