MEET LENA

Lena Linh Franklin is an Architect and Advisor to Visionary Leaders Building Regenerative Legacy Systems. A transpersonal psychotherapist and global medicine woman, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern systems design to guide founders, cultural voices, and capital stewards in building enduring, planet-positive enterprises.

She is the Founder and CEO of LF Global Advisory House and Co-Founder of Thrive Oasis — advanced healing and vitality centers integrating light technology, vibrational science, and natural medicine into regenerative wellness ecosystems.

Her work operates at the intersection of leadership psychology, energetic coherence, governance architecture, and long-horizon systems design. Lena advises founders, CEOs, and investors navigating identity evolution, capital deployment, partnership complexity, and ecosystem scale. She is known for helping leaders decentralize identity from enterprise — building structures that outlive personality and generate multi-generational impact.

As the creator of The BEING Method™ and The METHOD™, her multi-modal frameworks integrate subconscious recalibration, somatic intelligence, meditation, and psycho-spiritual integration. Her work is both precise and systemic — strengthening the nervous system and belief architecture of the leader while simultaneously designing scalable, regenerative structures in the world.

Raised in a contemplative household by a Vietnamese mother, Lena was introduced to meditation and mindfulness in early childhood. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia, grounding spiritual insight in clinical rigor.

Her leadership philosophy has been shaped by decades of immersive study across Asia and the Americas, including engagement with Mahayana Buddhist philosophy and initiatory experiences within Mopan Mayan, Q’ero Andean, and Shipibo traditions. These wisdom streams inform her work through embodied discernment and practical application.

Through private advisory, leadership councils, international immersions, and institutional consulting, Lena has guided thousands of founders, executives, and cultural architects through pivotal transitions and structural expansions.

She speaks internationally on conscious leadership, regenerative systems design, founder psychology, governance evolution, and the integration of ancient intelligence with emerging technologies.

Her voice and work have been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, The Telegraph, World Travel Magazine, and on the covers of Yoga Magazine and GOSS Magazine.
