MEET LENA

Lena Linh Franklin is an architect and advisor to visionary leaders building regenerative legacy systems. A conscious business leader, international speaker, and transpersonal psychotherapist, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern systems design to guide founders, cultural voices, capital stewards, and institutions in building enduring, planet-positive enterprises engineered for profitability at scale.

She is the Founder and CEO of LF Global Advisory House and Founder of The SOURCE™ — a global network of advanced vitality sanctuaries (luxury resorts and centers) integrating ancient wisdom, quantum technology, and natural medicine into regenerative ecosystems.

Her work operates at the intersection of leadership psychology, energetic coherence, governance architecture, and long-horizon systems design. Lena advises founders, CEOs, and investors navigating identity evolution, capital deployment, partnership complexity, and ecosystem scale. She is known for helping leaders decentralize their identity with their business, building institutions from their legacy blueprint. These purpose-driven institutions inevitably outlive them, creating multi-generational impact.

As the creator of The BEING Method™ and The METHOD™, she designs multi-modal frameworks integrating subconscious recalibration, somatic intelligence, meditation, quantum field medicine, and psycho-spiritual integration. The work is precise and systemic at once, strengthening the nervous system and belief architecture of the leader while designing scalable, regenerative structures in the world.

Raised in a contemplative household by a Vietnamese mother, Lena was introduced to meditation and mindfulness in early childhood. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and MSW in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia, grounding spiritual insight in clinical rigor.

Her leadership philosophy has been shaped by decades of immersive study across Asia and the Americas, including being immersed in Mahayana Buddhist philosophy and experiencing initiatory experiences within Mopan Mayan, Q’ero Andean, and Shipibo traditions. These wisdom streams inform her work through embodied discernment, cultural preservation and practical application.

Through private advisory, leadership councils, international immersions, and institutional consulting, Lena has guided thousands of founders, executives, and cultural architects through pivotal transitions and structural expansions.

She speaks internationally on legacy leadership, conscious business, founder psychology, regenerative healthcare, sacred plant medicine, and the integration of ancient intelligence with clinical authority and emerging technologies.

Her voice and work have been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, The Telegraph, and World Travel Magazine, on the covers of YOGA Magazine and GOSS Magazine.
