LENA

Lena Linh Franklin is an Architect & Advisor to Visionary Leaders Building Regenerative Legacy Systems. A transpersonal psychotherapist and global medicine woman, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern systems design to support founders, cultural voices, and capital stewards in building enduring, planet-positive enterprises.

She is the Founder & CEO of LF Global and Co-Founder of Thrive Oasis, advanced healing and vitality centers integrating light technology, vibration, and natural medicine into regenerative wellness ecosystems. Her work operates at the intersection of leadership psychology, energetic coherence, governance design, and long-term legacy architecture.

Lena advises high-level leaders navigating identity evolution, capital deployment, partnership dynamics, and ecosystem scale. She supports the decentralization of founder identity from enterprise, guiding leaders to build structures that outlive personality, creating multi-generational impact.

As the creator of The BEING Method™ and The METHOD™, her multi-modal frameworkS integrate subconscious recalibration, somatic intelligence, meditation, and psycho-spiritual integration. Her work is both surgical and systemic — addressing the nervous system and belief architecture of the leader while simultaneously designing scalable, regenerative structures in the world.

Raised in a Buddhist-Christian home, Lena began meditating in early childhood and later earned her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia. Her leadership philosophy is deeply informed by Mahayana Buddhist principles and decades of immersive study across Asia and the Americas, including initiations within Mopan Mayan, Q’ero Andean, and Shipibo traditions. These lineages inform her work through embodied practice and application.

Through private advisory, leadership councils, international immersions, and strategic consulting, Lena has guided thousands of founders, executives, and cultural architects through pivotal transitions — from urgency-driven success to sovereign, regenerative leadership.

She speaks internationally on conscious leadership, regenerative systems, founder psychology, governance evolution, and the integration of ancient intelligence with emerging technologies. Her voice and work have been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, The Telegraph, World Travel Magazine, and on the covers of Yoga Magazine and GOSS Magazine, with appearances on Bravo and Lifetime.

At the heart of her work is a clear mission: to support leaders in building sustainable legacies that restore harmony between enterprise, humanity, and the Earth. Lena stands at the convergence of strategy and spirit — designing structures that are prosperous, principled, and built to endure.

It was in those still and silent moments on the meditation cushion where I reclaimed my life.
