THE CALL

There is a moment that arrives in the life of a woman who has built something real.

It is beyond burnout. It is quieter than both — and more consequential.

It is the moment when achievement no longer fully answers the question your soul is asking. When the structures you have built are strong, and yet something beneath them is asking to be seen, named, and recalibrated for what you are actually here to create.

You have built. You have scaled. You have carried weight most people will never understand.

And now — beneath the visible success, beneath the decisions and the capital and the governance and the growth — something deeper is moving.

A deeper inquiry emerges:

What am I actually seeding across time?
Will what I am building endure — not just structurally, but soulfully?
Who am I becoming as I hold this level of consequence?
What is the true meaning encoded within my work?

These are not soft questions. They are the hardest questions a leader can face — because they require you to look past performance and into purpose. Past achievement and into architecture. Past what you have built and into what you are building toward.

The Legacy Council is the room where these questions are not avoided. They are the entire point.

WHAT THIS IS

The Legacy Council, convened by Lena Linh Franklin, is a private annual council for a curated cohort of female founders, CEOs, and systems leaders who feel this inner movement — and are ready to meet it with the same rigor, discipline, and intelligence they bring to everything else they build.

Lena sees beyond your strategy. She sees your nervous system and energy field. She sees how you embody your mission, which has been absorbing consequence for years.

This is not a mastermind.
Not a coaching program.
Not a performance accelerator.

It is a chamber — a contained, curated field where strategy and soul frequency are held simultaneously, where the invisible architecture of your leadership is examined with the same precision as your governance structures and capital decisions.

Because the truth is this: the quality of what you build is inseparable from the quality of who is building it. And the women who build for generations are the ones willing to do both kinds of work — on the structure and on the self — at the same time, in the same room, without compartmentalizing either.

This is that room.

THE WORK OF LEGACY

To build what endures, a leader must continually recalibrate both the visible and invisible dimensions of her power:

  • The inner architecture — the ego, fear, ambition, grief, and clarity that either distort or clarify every decision she makes.

  • The energetic field she carries into consequential rooms — and what it creates there, whether she is conscious of it or not.

  • The embodiment of her authentic essence, creativity, and power during phases of both recalibration and expansion.

  • The structural design of her systems — governance, capital, culture, succession — and whether they are built to hold under pressure across time.

  • The relational ecosystem — how trust and authority circulate, and whether the rooms she is building are ones that will outlast her.

  • The long arc — what today’s decisions are actually creating decades and centuries from now.

Energy precedes structure. Structure stabilizes energy.

When either is neglected, legacy fractures.

Within The Legacy Council, Lena Linh Franklin holds a steady, deeply regulated field where ambition is metabolized into stewardship, urgency is refined into architecture, and power is examined with unflinching clarity.

This is not about moving faster. It is about building cleaner, truer, and with the full force of who you actually are.

The women who belong in this room know it. They have always known it. The only question is whether you are ready to say yes to what you already know.

THE FOUNDER: LENA LINH FRANKLIN

Lena Linh Franklin is an Architect and Advisor to Visionary Leaders Building Regenerative Legacy Systems — and something else that most advisory environments are not designed to hold.

She is a transpersonal psychotherapist, a global medicine woman, and a carrier of ancestral lineage wisdom that bridges ancient knowing with modern systems design. The full arc of her work — from organizational governance to somatic threshold integration to sacred architecture — emerges from a single conviction: that the most enduring structures on earth are built by leaders who have done the deepest work on themselves.

Her name is her mission. Lena — light, the torch-bearer. Linh — soul, spirit, the sacred animating essence in Vietnamese. Franklin — sovereign freedom, the authority that answers only to its own highest truth.

She brings all three frequencies into the Council chamber. And she calls forward all three in every woman she sits with.

Lena is the Founder and CEO of LF Global Advisory House and Co-Founder of The Source — advanced vitality and healing centers carrying the full lineage of this work into physical form. She has guided founders, cultural voices, capital stewards, and institutional leaders navigating the precise intersection where strategy, soul, and generational responsibility converge.

She does not advise from theory. She advises from having built — and from having done the inner work that made the building sustainable.

THE ANNUAL ARC

May 2026 to May 2027

The Founding Council opens in May 2026 and moves through a twelve-month arc of depth, coherence, and compounding trust.

Containment matters. A room that holds over time creates something no single session or event can — the particular intelligence that emerges when a group of exceptional women grows alongside one another across thresholds, seasons, and the full complexity of a year in leadership.

Twelve Monthly Council Chambers

Two hours each, convening on the second Monday of every month beginning on May 11th, 2026. Each Council Chamber will be from 6-8 PM EST and held on zoom. Each chamber moves through the live thresholds present in the room: a capital decision, a governance tension, a scaling edge, an identity recalibration, a structural crossroads. Lena guides the inquiry — naming patterns, clarifying architecture, and ensuring the room remains coherent, disciplined, and aligned with the long arc each member is building toward.

Two 90 Minute Private Strategy & Soul Sessions with Lena

Each member receives two 90-Minute Private Strategy & Soul Sessions with Lena across the year, held within each quarter during the annual arc. These sessions are for the work that lives beneath the group level — the personal threshold, the specific decision, the blind spot that requires direct, confidential attention. This is where your individual architecture is refined with precision.

Harvest Immersion — September 26, 2026

The Founding Council opens will convene for a daylong Harvest Immersion to move through the threshold of receiving what has been seeded, together. The Council bonds. The field is set. The year’s arc is honored with intention. The depth of what becomes possible in the months that follow is directly proportional to the quality of this beginning.

Closing Immersion — Spring 2027

The Council reconvenes in person for a full-day culmination immersion near the close of the annual arc. The year is integrated. The architecture built is honored. What is being carried forward is named. This is not a graduation — it is a consecration of what has been built and what is being seeded next.

The Business SoulStream Blueprint

Each Founding Council member receives Lena’s comprehensive Business SoulStream Blueprint: the energetic and strategic architecture mapping your soul’s specific blueprint for purpose, power, and impact. Delivered in the first 30 days of the arc, this becomes the personal foundation from which all Council work is calibrated.

Private Council Channel

Between gatherings, members have access to a contained private channel for calibrated strategic inquiries, signal sharing, and direct access to Lena and the Council.

HOW THE CHAMBERS MOVE

Each monthly Council Chamber is a living field — not a curriculum, not a workshop, not a structured program you move through in sequence. It is something rarer: a disciplined, embodied, intelligent held space where what is most alive and most consequential in the room is what is worked with.

The Council Chamber is opened in coherence. Before strategy is touched, before problems are named, the field is established. This is energetic precision. A room that is not coherent cannot produce clear thinking. A field that is not regulated cannot metabolize complexity. We open together, intentionally, because it determines the quality of everything that follows.

From there, Lena reads the room. She listens not only to what is spoken but to what is circling beneath the spoken — the decision that hasn’t yet been named, the pattern that keeps appearing in different forms, the structural tension that is actually an identity recalibration in disguise. She names what is seen - directly without softening, and with full care for the women sitting in it.

Each chamber moves through one or more live thresholds — a capital decision at an inflection point, a governance structure that is beginning to crack under growth, a leadership identity that has outgrown its current container, a team dynamic that is creating energetic drag. These are not hypothetical case studies. They are your real situations, brought into the room and worked with the full range of tools Lena carries: strategic architecture, systems design, somatic intelligence, and the energetic precision that comes from reading fields for over two decades.

She does not offer advice from the outside. She steps into the field with you — holding the long arc of what you are building while she works with what is immediate. This is the particular discipline of council work: to be fully conscious to what arises in the present while never losing sight of the vision and what is being built.

The chamber closes in integration. What was named is anchored. What was understood is given form. Women leave not with a to-do list but with clarity — the specific kind of clarity that changes how you walk into your next consequential room.

This is the work. This is what the chamber is.

THE FIVE PILLARS OF THE ANNUAL ARC

The Council moves through five core pillars across the year — not as a rigid curriculum but as a living architecture that responds to what is alive in the room:

  • Designing power that is stable, transferable, and structurally sound. Governance clarity, succession pathways, decision integrity. How authority is built to outlast the person holding it.

  • Evolving from scaling growth to designing systems that sustain vitality — operationally, culturally, financially — across cycles and generations.

  • Aligning internal culture, executive behavior, and external positioning so that mission and brand move as one integrated field. What your leadership actually imprints, whether you are aware of it or not.

  • Maturing the relationship with capital beyond acquisition and deployment. Investor alignment, long-term value creation, and the discipline of building financial architecture that reflects the values of the enterprise.

  • The capacity to think and build across decades. Embedding generational foresight into present-day strategy, governance, and execution. Seeing what today’s decisions are actually creating ten years from now.

WHO SITS IN THIS CHAMBER

The Legacy Council is designed for female leaders who:

  • Hold real decision-making authority — and feel the weight of it not just strategically but soulfully.

  • Are navigating a genuine threshold: expansion, capital, governance evolution, identity recalibration, or the deepening of their work into its next order of scale and meaning.

  • Understand that the external structures they are building can only be as clean and enduring as the internal architecture they are willing to examine.

  • Care — with genuine depth — about what their leadership imprints on their teams, their families, their communities, and the generations that will inherit what they are building.

  • Are done compartmentalizing the strategic and the sacred. Ready to bring full intelligence — analytical, somatic, ancestral, visionary — to the work of building what lasts.

This is a room of women shaping ecosystems, not simply enterprises. Builders whose capacity is expanding to hold more — more visibility, more capital, more consequence — without fragmentation, distortion, or the slow erosion of what matters most.

If you feel this room — if some part of you recognized it before you finished reading — that recognition is signal. Trust it.

FOUNDING COUNCIL — INVESTMENT & COMMITMENT

Founding Member Investment: $24,000

For the twelve-month arc: May 2026 – May 2027

This is the Founding Council rate — held for the inaugural cohort in recognition of the particular trust and vision it takes to enter a room at its origin. Future Legacy Council cohorts will invest at $35,000+.

Founding members carry permanent distinction as the women who built this room from the ground up.

Quarterly and monthly investment structures are available upon request.

Membership is limited to preserve the intimacy, coherence, and depth of the chamber. Renewal invitations are extended at the close of each annual arc. New seats open only at that threshold.
