The Legacy Council, convened by Lena Linh Franklin, gathers female leaders who feel this inner shift moving through their businesses, organizations, and systems of influence.

These are individuals who experience these questions as embodied responsibility.

This is a curated chamber of Founders, CEOs, Stewards, and Systems-Builders who understand that Legacy:

To build what endures, a leader must continually recalibrate both the visible and invisible layers of power:

  • The structural design of systems – governance, capital, culture

Within the Council, Lena Linh Franklin holds a steady, regulated field where ambition is metabolized into stewardship, urgency is refined into architecture, and power is examined with clarity.

The Annual Arc — May 2026 to May 2027

The Founding Council begins in May 2026 and moves through a twelve-month arc of depth and coherence.

Containment matters. Trust compounds when the room is stable. Insight matures when leaders grow alongside one another across time.

Each month, members convene with Lena for a two-hour Council Chamber.

The first Council Chamber will meet on Monday May 11th from 5-7 PM EST.

Monthly Council Chambers will meet virtually on the second Monday of every month for the Annual Arc.

Together, we’ll move through thresholds — a capital decision, structural tension, scaling edge, governance shift, or identity recalibration. The Council reflects, sharpens, and stabilizes. Lena guides the inquiry, naming patterns, clarifying architecture, and ensuring the room remains coherent and disciplined.

  • Leaders evolve from scaling growth to designing systems that sustain vitality — operationally, culturally, and financially — across cycles and generations.

  • Members align internal culture, executive behavior, and public positioning so mission and brand move as one integrated field.

  • Leaders mature their relationship with capital — ensuring investor alignment, disciplined deployment, and long-term value creation without compromising integrity.

  • Council members develop the capacity to think and build across decades — embedding generational foresight into present-day strategy, governance, and execution.

In the Fall of 2026 (date TBA), the Council gathers in person for a private, one-day Legacy Immersion where the Council will connect in person to deepen their leadership embodiment through experiential sessions led by Lena.

This convergence anchors the year — deepening trust, strengthening alignment, and consolidating the field in embodied presence.

Between gatherings, members have access to a contained private channel for calibrated strategic inquiries and direct messaging access to Lena.
