LENA
Lena Linh Franklin is a Modern Medicine Woman, International Transpersonal Psychotherapist, and Transformational Speaker devoted to awakening embodied purpose and planetary regeneration through ancient wisdom and cutting-edge consciousness. As a founder of The Method, a multi-modal approach to subconscious reprogramming and energetic recalibration, Lena transmits integrative healing practices rooted in meditation, energy medicine, mindfulness, and psycho-spiritual transformation to a global community.
Lena’s multidimensional work synthesizes her Mahayana Buddhist upbringing with her lineages in Mopan Mayan Medicine, Q’ero Peruvian Shamanism, and Shipibo Plant Medicine Traditions. Raised in a Buddhist-Christian home, she began meditating as a young child, later earning her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia. Through decades of training in Asia, Central and South America, she now serves as a bridge between worlds—guiding modern seekers through sacred initiations of consciousness, purpose, and presence.
A steward of the New Earth, Lena speaks internationally on conscious leadership, human potential, ecosystemic healing, sacred reciprocity, and the integration of ancient medicine with light-based technologies. She serves as a vessel for planetary healing by activating codes of energetic harmony within individuals, groups, and sacred land.
Through global retreats, ceremonial immersions, and quantum mentorship, Lena has guided thousands in transmuting suffering into sovereignty, supporting souls to access their innate wholeness and multidimensionality.
Lena has been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, Telegraph, World Travel Magazine, and on the covers of Yoga Magazine. Her voice has reached international audiences via networks like Bravo and Lifetime, and she is the host of The Medicine Wisdom Show, where she engages in illuminating dialogues with fellow visionaries and healers across the world.
“It was in those still and silent moments on the meditation cushion where I reclaimed my life.”
